Dinner Tonight

We had some visitors for dinner tonight. My Aunt Becky and her kids came up to see Carissa. We had a really great time with them.

Enjoying the Weather Again

We got to spend some time outside again today. We went on a wagon ride and played with Tillie.

We even learned to share the ball with Tillie. Tillie has always been so gentle with Carissa. This was no exception. Tillie acted like Carissa's hand was electrified. She would only touch the ball.

And we watch intently as Tillie would play fetch.

We even went to see the horses. I called them up and Carissa loved watching them run to us. However, you might notice her leaning precariously over the edge of the wagon. She fell out seconds later. She walked away with only a few scratches on her face. Oops! There goes my "Dad of the Year" award.

We spent some time with Christina's parents this afternoon.

With the weather so nice, I decided to go and get Mimi and Papa's (Christina's parents) wagon so Carissa and I could have some fun outside. Tillie tagged along too.

We almost got licked in the face. Carissa is enjoying Tillie a lot more lately. I think its because she can crawl and chase Tillie around some.

We also got to play with a stick.

And we even played fetch with Tillie.

St. Pats Parade

The parade was on Saturday and Carissa had a blast watching everything. Of course, mom had her dressed as cute as possible.

It's become more interesting lately. Carissa had already eaten but she needed what we were eating too. So she got some of mommy's potatoes and thought she was on top of the world.

Carissa's Crawling

She's been doing this for a couple of weeks now so I'm sorry for not posting this sooner. We recorded this tonight so she's had some practice. She is getting quite good now. My parents are here this weekend so that's my mom's voice cheering her on.

Taking A Break

I'll be taking a break from the blog for a few days. I'm currently in the hospital trying to figure out why my esophagus is trying to kill me with pain. I'm having an EGD this afternoon to hopefully find out what's going on. Slightly drugged, I will be swallowing a scope to let the Dr. take a look. I will update later.

I got overflowed into pediatrics so my nurses are great and the room is relaxing.
