But he's still a softy... Sorry Grant, hope this doesn't tarnish your hard, Marine reputation:)
Uncle Grant came to visit for a few days while he's home on leave. Carissa loves playing with him.
This is Carissa practicing her battle cry that Grant taught her.

Christmas Part 5
First, a few pictures from our White Elephant Christmas with Christina's extended family. Sadly, I was too into the game to get many shots. I'll try better next year. Notice the great gifts (green pears and a shelf, old baskets, and some weird Santa). As for myself, I got a cinnamon broom.
Now for some pictures of Carissa's general cuteness.

Christmas Part 4
We went up to Kansas City to have Christmas with Christina's family. Her sister-in-law is about to have a baby boy so no traveling for her. Carissa gets plenty of attention from that side too. I'll have to post some more pictures later of a hilarious game of White Elephant Christmas.
Our nephews got a Nerf tag game. So naturally, my mother-in-law and I had to try it out. Check out my mean, "I'm gonna get you" look.

Christmas Part 3
Christmas time with my mom's family. You'll figure out who the center of attention is. Also, my brother is home on pre-deployment leave. He broke out the uniform for some family pictures.

Christmas Part 2
Last night, on Christmas Eve, we had our family Christmas. Carissa was kind of tired but she perked up at the sight of some ribbon and paper. Merry Christmas!

Carissa was helping with the laundry today. She just likes to be with us no matter what we're doing.

Lunch w/ the Walker's
We got to met up with David and Blair Walker today for lunch. David and I went to high school and college together. David and his wife have since moved to Huntsville, AL so we don't get to see each other very often. It was great to catch them back in MO visiting their families for Christmas.
