Carissa's Songs

At 10pm last night, Carissa "blessed" us with a musical performance. The first two are originals. The third song is one that she is practicing for a holiday show at preschool. As a disclaimer, the Dora pajamas are favorites that we can't give up :)

2011 Licking Rodeo

Last weekend we attended the Licking Rodeo. One of my favorite parts is the Wild Horse Race. Teams of three attempt to saddle and ride a wild horse the length of the arena. You would have to be pretty crazy to participate in this. The winning team got $250 and they pledged to give it towards the Joplin tornado efforts.

She's been doing this for a couple of weeks now so I'm sorry for not posting this sooner. We recorded this tonight so she's had some practice. She is getting quite good now. My parents are here this weekend so that's my mom's voice cheering her on.
