Well, next week we'll be taking our first road trip as a family. I plan to blog our trip so be looking back for many pictures of the fun I know we'll have. I can guarantee the fun because this will be by far the longest car ride yet for Carissa.
We're headed to the Midwest Pastors Retreat. It's held in lovely Green Lake, WI, where "all the women are strong, all the men are good looking, and all the children are above average" (get it). There is a beautiful conference center there and they have the best food. You always come back heavier than when you left unfortunately. The golf course adjacent to the conference center is awesome (ranked #3 in the state, #55 in the nation). I think I'll find time to play with some of the guys. We'll head to LaCrosse, WI after the retreat to visit some dear friends that we haven't seen in a long time. Then home to Licking.
Well, that is our plan. We'll head out on Monday night and hopefully return on Friday night.

I think you need to read your info in the 'get it' link. Lake Woebegone is in Minnesota, not Wisconsin :-)
